PossAbilities are a social enterprise and they support vulnerable people so that they can ‘Live the life they choose’. Mostly they support people with learning disabilities, young people leaving care and people with dementia…though they do lot’s of other great things too. Services include: Day services, Supported Living & outreach, Family based support, Respite, Breaks and Supported Holidays.
