Support Buddies offers support for vulnerable young people and adults in Hampshire including learning, active, social and emotional support. They work with a diverse range of young people and adults including those with learning difficulties, Asperger syndrome, visually impaired, physical disability, Williams syndrome, Down Syndrome and autism.
