Site Manager

As the Site Manager, you will lead on health and safety, compliance, repairs and the upkeep of our school buildings and grounds. Working predominantly at Tram House School, and across our other sites as needed, you will open and secure the building each day, coordinate maintenance with the Site Management team and external contractors, line manage the site cleaners and keep site records up to date. You will work closely with the Head of Facilities, Heads of School and School Administrators to keep our schools safe and running smoothly for learners and colleagues.

This role would suit someone with hands-on experience of building fabric repairs and a customer-facing building services role, who is reliable, organised and patient. Basic electrical, plumbing or IT repair skills would be an advantage. This could be a great opportunity for colleagues looking to develop their experience or take on a new challenge within BeyondAutism.
