Early Years’ Summer Fun Day

25th July 2019

Child playing football

On Tuesday, the Early Years’ service held a summer fun day for the children and families who attend the provision. Held in King George’s Park, the event was a celebration of the last year, our first as a permanent service.

The morning was full of games, sporting activities and picnic foods. Space-hopper races, hook a duck and the sack race were all part of an action-packed morning with the children enjoying the sunshine.

The equipment for the sporting activities was kindly funded by the Tree of Promises at our Quiz Night in May!

It was a lovely way to round off what has been a fantastic year for the service and we’re looking forward to the service growing even further next year.
