Teaching and Learning Practitioner

As a Teaching and Learning Practitioner, you’ll be part of a class team supporting around eight pupils. Working one-to-one and in small groups, you will help deliver personalised learning that supports communication, independence and participation. You will work alongside teachers, behaviour analysts, speech and language therapists and occupational therapists, helping pupils build skills and make progress at their own pace. Our approach starts with understanding behaviour as communication and responding to each learner’s individual strengths and needs.

This is an opportunity to work with exceptional pupils at our specialist settings in Wandsworth: Park House School, Tram House School and Tram House Sixth Form. Across our schools, learners benefit from personalised education delivered by transdisciplinary class teams, preparing them for greater independence, communication, learning and adulthood.
