School Secretary

Job Purpose

We are currently looking to recruit a School Secretary to provide essential support to the Heads of School and Admin Team.

The School Secretary plays a key role in the efficient running of the school, alongside day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining the school’s database system, providing secretarial support to the management team and managing reception duties. This role also involves liaising with parents, organising parents’ evenings and coordinating school trips and outings. The role will also have responsibility for liaising with site managers with regards to general facilities maintenance.

Location: Wandsworth, London

Salary: £16,000 - £20,00, depending on experience and qualifications

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
