Head of Therapy Services

BeyondAutism has a unique opportunity for a senior allied health professional to take on the role of Head of Therapy Services leading an enthusiastic team of Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants within a forward-thinking organisation. The team works seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team of professionals supporting children and young adults with a primary diagnosis of autism across a range of settings from Early Years to Post-19.

The role enables the successful candidate to enhance their skills in providing dedicated leadership and clinical supervision to allied health professionals within a SEN setting underpinned by evidence-based practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding how therapy is delivered across the organisation, reporting to the Director of Services and other stakeholders to ensure that the needs of our learners are met.

The therapy team has a well-established model of therapy delivery, which has successfully enabled positive collaborative working and the delivery of high quality therapy. We are looking for a positive, resilient and strategic-thinking person to lead the well-established team and demonstrate good autism practice and have a strong ethos for working within an education setting.
