Educational Recruiter and HR Administrator

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced recruiter

You will be joining a team who make a massive difference to children and young adults with autism and their families. We require an experienced recruitment professional to support our Recruitment Specialist and HR Team. You will be an innovative, efficient and effective recruitment professional who can manage the attraction, hire and onboarding experience. You will work with the senior teaching and charity leadership across the whole portfolio of our services. You will be expected to attract and hire the best talent available. You will ensure we hire in accordance with the highest standard of Safer Recruitment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong professional recruitment background, ideally with HR administration experience. Experience of hiring staff in the educational sector is desirable. You will have a consistent record of attracting talent and meeting hiring deadlines. An excellent communicator, with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload. You will be a positive and enthusiastic team player. Experience of working in a special needs educational setting would be helpful. You will join a supportive central HR team where teamwork, flexibility and a positive can-do attitude are essential attributes.
