Empowering People, Launching lives
Voluntary income is critical to the success of BeyondAutism’s work. Without it so many of the initiatives that enrich and enhance the quality of life of our families simply could not happen.
It is only through the generosity of our supporters that we are able to launch new projects and obtain much-needed equipment that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford.
What are we fundraising for?
Please take a look below at the projects for which we are currently seeking funding.
Early Years is a dedicated service for children with complex autism aged 15 months to 5 years old. Early Years provides long-term benefits for families by achieving positive development outcomes in communication, behaviour and social skills. It costs £2552 to deliver a six-week programme per family. The project itself does not receive any statutory funding and it is only thanks to generous grants from organisations like The Big Lottery Fund and Children in Need that we are able to offer Early Years’ to families as a free service. However, it is essential that we continue to raise funds to ensure the future of the project. Your donation will help to ensure that families are able to continue accessing this service.

Vocational equipment for Post-19 – With a new hub opening, our Post-19 service needs a range of equipment which would be used to help teach students new and varied vocational skills. Your donation could help fund a professional barista machine to teach new skills, or a video camera to help develop our learners’ digital media interests and skills. The ultimate aim of funding this equipment is to empower our learners with professional skills is to lead them into open or supported employment.
