The Children’s Sleep Charity use a behavioural approach to sleep and work in partnership with families and aims to support families to get a better night’s sleep by offering workshops, clinics and written materials. They offer help in the following areas: sleep success for families of children with Autism; sleep success for families of children with ADHD; and sleep success. They run a helpline dedicated to helping the nation sleep better. Their free helpline is run by trained sleep advisors, many of whom are specialists in working with SEND. They can talk to young people directly, or parents (they can also talk to adults, including older people, about their sleep issues).
